LOL. Yeah right. That better be Marchand and the Bruins next 3 first round picks if that's the case. |

No. Exaggeration. But there would have to be a lot added to just Marchand. |

I think evander Kane would be an excellent influence on the young up and comers in Buffalo. What a positive role model to build that team around.
Boston is a better fit, where there are strong leaders that won't put up his Malarkey. |

I'm actually hoping the Sabres don't get him. His influence isn't good and the assets needed to acquire him would not be worth it, considering we are still rebuilding |

Completely agree. He would be a mistake in Buffalo. Chicago, Boston, maybe even Pittsburgh with their "Retool"

Career statistics show otherwise. Marchand has score 20+ goals in the 3 of the last 4 seasons and the only season without was the lockout year in which he scored 18. Both players are a career .62 ppg.A player who can consistently put up 20-25 goals while playing two way hockey and effective on the PK is a pretty attractive commodity. I agree the Bruins would need to add something but not much IMO. |

If Boston shipped out Seguin for off ice behavior pretty sure Kane would last less then a day there |

Picks for this draft AND next year's draft?
IDK. He's good but I don't think he's THAT good. Just my 2 cents. Especially if the Jets are asking for players as well. |

Can't see Winnipeg trading a legitimate power forward in the making for a pop gun. The mere fact that the Bruins want to dump Marchand is enough to tell you how indifferent the Jets would be.
Chicago is a crazy idea. Whoever suggested they would be interested in another wing has not followed the Hawks. They are being murdered down the middle by LA. If they got themselves a strong second line center they would be back on top.
Buffalo makes sense. They certainly have the depth in picks and prospects. St. Louis, Anahiem, Florida and Tampa also have the necessary depth. But they are all looking for either a 2nd or 1st line center.
Kane is the kind of player Brian Murray loves, he also likes doing the big deal. Ottawa certainly has the assets to make a very strong offer. Nashville also has the depth to make a great offer. But if there is one team to keep an eye on it is Columbus they have the assets and Kane would be a force in that young line up.
I think we will see some huge trades before the draft.
